The November 2008 issue of National Geographic published a story about the vanishing forests of Borneo (Borneo’s Moments of Truth) which at the same time truly sad and inspiring. Sungai Klah Hot Spring Park was opened in December 2003 and is reputed to be one of the best managed hot spring park in Malaysia. It is believed that the intricate construction of the site suggest that it was used as a burial ground but who knows? Woodhenge is a timber circle monument from the Neolithic age located in the Stonehenge Wolrd Heritage Site, Wiltshire, England. I am pretty excited about my trip to Bangkok and CHiang Mai next February… Well not as much as Bangkok as Chiang Mai actually. I got these 2 booklet thingy from MATTA Fair (Malaysian Travel Fair) i attended last week. Tengo estos 2 folleto cosita de MATTA Fair (Feria de Turismo de Malasia) i asistieron la semana pasada. One is a Bangkok Tourist Map, the other is a booklet about CHiang Mai’s trourist attraction. Uno de ellos es un Mapa Turístico de Bangkok, el otro es un folleto sobre Chiang Mai trourist de la atracción. It’s FOC so i could start planning my 8D7N trip already. Es FOC para poder empezar a planificar mi viaje ya 8D7N.

Today i found out about a City named Cork. Hoy me enteré acerca de una ciudad llamada Cork. What a funny name LOL. ¡Qué gracioso nombre de LOL. In fact Cork is the 2nd largest city in Republic of Ireland. De hecho, Cork es la 2 ª ciudad más grande en la República de Irlanda. The city centre is located on an island in the River Lee that positively hums with life, catering for every taste. El centro de la ciudad se encuentra en una isla en el río Lee que hums positivamente con la vida, la restauración para todos los gustos.

Besides the modern development and infrastructure, Cork City is a place with wonderful buildings from the past such as the Red Abbey, the church tower of Shandon and the City Hall itself among others. Cork is also known as “The Rebel County” or “The Rebel Cork” because of its reputation for rebelliousness going back to its support for English Pretender Perkin Warbeck in 1491. Cork es también conocido como "El Rebelde del Condado" o "El hombre rebelde Cork", a causa de su reputación de rebeldía que se remonta a su apoyo a Inglés Pretender Perkin Warbeck en 1491.
